US-based Leadership Management International Inc (LMI) has tied up with Zenith Global Consultants Pvt Ltd. (ZGC), Bombay to conduct its programmes in Bombay and other parts of the country.

LMI, active in 60 countries worldwide, has been set up by Paul Meyer, a world leader in the field of human development.

According to Hiru Bijlani ZGC Managing Director, and facilitator of the programmes, LMI has developed a set of unique behaviour change programmes to help people make full use of their potential and lead more fulfilling professional and personal lives.

To realize the objectives of the programmes, LMI has set up a separate research organization for human development and human behaviour and it has been constantly updating its materials and ideas based on new knowledge.

It provides optimum input support to organizations which conduct LMI programmes in different parts of the world.

LMI programmes will be launched in Bombay, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Panaji, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Madras, Cochin and Hyderabad in August and September thi syear.

The duration of programmes ranges from six weeks to 16 weeks depending upon the programme selected, according to Bijlani. The programmes can be in-house for an organization or for individuals of different organizations.
