Dr Hiru Bijlani, president of the Zenith Global Consultants Pvt Ltd. Has been elected as the president of the Institute of Management Consultants of India for the year 1997-98. The institute, which is the apex body of the consulting profession in India, sets standards for management consultancy, certifies consultants and conducts training programme for consultancy.

The institute is affiliated to the International Council of Management Consulting Institute worldwide, which sets global standards and strategies for the consulting profession.
